Normally I would not suggest investment property outside of Australia (SEQ & Developing Coastal Areas) however at present an opportunity to earn 30% yields (rental return) and 200% capital growth in under 5 years exists.

These properties are from the fall-out of the sub-prime crisis in the USA and as such, with a target ted and selected sector(s) offers great returns for shrewd and timely investment, over a short period of time.
