Global Fall-out & Direction

Hi All

As markets continue to fall along with the share market and economies go into recession it is important to remember there are always opportunities that arise out of negative circumstances.

Australian residential investment property in South East Queensland (SEQ) continues to show promise as the State infrastructure spend sustains growth and employment which is one of the most critical factors to be monitored.

Over the coming months and year it will be essential to find a safe and secure investment region with good growth and reasonable income to ensure sustained prosperity.

Australia offers such an environment with the added bonus of lower interest rates (4-5%) lower exchange rate in general and a sound real estate market place with open and transparent dealings.
